HH-BC02 hardfacing FCW welding wire for concrete pump wear plate and wear ring
Charateristics
HH-BC02 is an 2.8mm open-arc self-shielded wear-resistant hardfacing flux-cored welding wire with good welding performance, beautiful shape after welding, high strength, high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life. After post-weld material heat treatment (900℃, 16min, air cooling), the hardness increased.
Microstructure: High chromium carbide alloy on iron base ： C – Cr – Fe
Machinability: Grinding only
Cutting: Not suited for flame-cutting
Deposit thickness: 1 or 2 layers， up to 4-8mm
Application
This welding wire is specially used for surfacing concrete pump spectacle plates and cutting rings.
