HH-80Pro Hardfacing FCW Welding Wire for CCO Wear Plate
Charateristics
It produces a wear resistant, primary carbide-containing weld deposit which is extremely resistant to abrasion, due to the finely dispersed hard niobium carbides. The weld deposit exhibit good impact resistance, offer good anti-strip performance, but cannot be flame cutting and machined. Weld deposit exhibits cracks.
Microstructure: High-chromium-high-carbon hard alloy on iron base with niobium additions: C – Cr – Nb – Fe
Machinability: Grinding only
Cutting: Not suited for flame-cutting
Deposit thickness: 8-16mm in Multil layers.
Application
Recommended particularly for welding CCO wear plate which will be used for parts subjected to high abrasion and medium impact stress,.
