HH-CM604 hardfacing FCW welding wire for coal mill grinding roller
Charateristics
HH-CM604 HARDFACING WIRE (2.8mm) It produces a wear resistant, primary carbide-containing weld deposit which is extremely resistant to abrasion. The weld deposit exhibit good impact resistance, offer good anti-strip performance, but cannot be flame cutting and machined. Weld deposit exhibits cracks.
Microstructure: High-chromium-high-carbon hard alloy on iron base with molybdenum additions: C – Cr – Mo – Fe
Machinability: Grinding only
Cutting: Not suited for flame-cutting
Cutting: Multi layers.
Application
Recommended particularly for the hardfacing of parts subjected to high abrasion and medium impact stress, e.g. Coal mill roller, mill discs,Roller press top coats, Mill Roller top coats and crusher rolls. The application temperatures should not exceed 500℃.
